READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: there are no decent hotels near New York Botanical Garden.  There are two possible areas to stay when you visit the Garden – one is Manhattan and the other is White Plains.  White Plains is a city north of the Garden.  Both places are about a 20 minute train ride from the Garden (same train, different directions).  The hotels in White Plains are a little cheaper, but most people prefer to stay in Manhattan because it is closer to the airports, and of course there is so much more to do there.  When booking your hotel in Manhattan, book close to Grand Central Station.  This is where you will need to pick up the train to get to the Garden.

Dear EMu Users,

On behalf of KE Software it is my pleasure to invite you to the Third 
Annual North American KE EMu Users meeting.

The meeting will be held on October 15 at the American Museum of Natural 
History (Natural History SIG Meeting), and October 16 & 17, 2006 at the 
New York Botanical Gardens in New York. The agenda format will be 
similar to the KE EMu User meeting held in Ottawa last year. KE Software 
will be providing lunch and morning/afternoon teas.

Please note the conference registration is FREE.

The meeting is pitched at:
- Project Managers
- Team leaders
- Power Users (KE EMu Users interested in broader Collection Management 
issues)

Outcomes:
- Increase knowledge of KE EMu and the user base
- Form an Organizing Committee and location for 2008
- Establish guidelines for future meetings
- Opportunity to network with other EMu Users

KE Software would like to see you all there and would appreciate
