Hi,
I am trying to create a dynamic group that will capture all Parties records that are attached to Taxonomy as Authorities via AutBasionymAuthors_tab or AutCombAuthors_tab. This is to begin cleanup of all duplicate records created during the initial migration and current data imports.
I believe this is possible using a TexQL query statement from the groups module but I have not so far cracked it.
Does anyone have the code for this?

Hi Mark,
Retrieve the records in Taxonomy, choose Select All, then place the cursor in the particular attachment field and choose Edit - View Attachments -> Selected Records (NOT View -> Attachments) , you will get a listing of the attached records for that field, for all the selected Taxonomy records.
You will have to do this separately for each attachment field, but it is still a quick way to get all the attaching records for the particular fields, for all the retrieved records.
The main thing to remember is to use the Edit menu, not the View menu.

This sounded very promising, but when I selected some Taxonomy records and tried the Edit menu/View Attached, both Current Record and Selected Records were unavailable (grayed out). Is this a feature that might be disabled in our system for some reason?
