I'm doing a mini-survey regarding cataloging multimedia resources in the Multimedia module. I'd appreciate your input.
In an ideal world, how important does your institution consider fully cataloging multimedia resources in the Multimedia module?
Very Important? Important? Somewhat important? Not important?
If you don't consider it critical, do you find that searching in the Document Text field meets the users' needs?
As far as sharing data or writing reports, do you find the Multimedia module data useful?
Finally,if you have a Catalog Title field for a physical "thing" (whatever that may be) and also use the Title field in the Multimedia module, can you give some examples of data from these 2 fields?
