Has anyone sub-classed the Multimedia module to allow for greater information about rights?
We have found that a single text field is often inadequate to manage the myriad of rights associated with a resource. Creating a link to the Rights module at this field would be an efficient way of allowing more detailed rights information to be recorded and viewed.

Thanks for posting this question, Alex. The Minnesota Historical Society is planning to ask KE to change the Rights field in the MM module to a link to the Rights module when we upgrade to EMu 3.2.05 later this year, but it seems that other EMu users might want this functionality, too. Perhaps it's something KE can add for all of us who need to manage rights for digital objects. Would others find this useful?

Yes, at the Performing Arts Collection this is on my list of developments for our next upgrade.
Perhaps the good folk at KE have already considered including this as a standard in 3.2.5???
